I think the 2JZ is OK after the transmission explosion. There is a huge Mustang show this Sunday. It will be a miracle if I can get a drive shaft made and exhaust installed before then, but I’m going to try.

The sidebar has the answer, but I think the driveshaft let go and took the trans housing and many bits of metal with it.

You’re fine. The internet assures me that the 2jz is indestructible and can also run 1800hp and 450psi of boost on stock internals.
